Full Program Golf was founded by friends Stephen McEvoy and Josh Conlan, who first crossed paths as members of the same golf club in their early 20s. Josh, a former college golfer, has had a lifelong love for the game, while Stephen discovered it in his late teens after years of playing other sports.

We firmly believe that golf is the best way to see the world. From buzzing cities to remote, breathtaking landscapes, the game takes you places few other sports can. But it’s more than just the golf—it’s the friendships, the culture, the unforgettable memories. Is there anything better than dissecting a round over drinks on a sun-soaked patio? We think not.

Josh, a links golf enthusiast, had one of his best days on the course at Tralee Golf Club. While it may not be the highest-ranked, on a good day, Arnie’s famous quote—“I designed the front nine, but surely God designed the back nine”—feels entirely true. For Stephen, Fancourt in South Africa holds a special place in his heart. With three and a half outstanding courses set against the stunning Outeniqua Mountains, The Links stands out as the crown jewel and remains his all-time favorite.
